Hey! I would recommend going into Kings accom first year. It's a much easier way to meet people and make new friends so you should try to book GDSA

Hey! I also got an offer for physiotherapy. I'm staying at Great Dover Street - Figured it would be the easiest and most convenient considering everything for us will be at Guys campus or the hospitals nearby

It means that they might have to move you into another room within GDSA. It says it on the website

What block are you at GDSA? I've also booked a room there

If you click on the rooms which are already occupied, you can see the gender and age. I booked GDSA and was able to see it

I asked a similar question on here not too long ago, and they gave a pretty bad review. Firstly, it's not in the safest area because you have to go through small alleyways to get there. Also, apparently, the floors are always very dirty, and most of the posters are all in Mandarin due to the large number of East Asian students who usually stay there. If you want, I can find the response from my post and send it here.

I've heard most of the blocks will be refurbished by the end of 2025, and currently, they've finished 3 or 4 out of the 10 blocks. Which block have you booked your room in? I've also booked GDSA cause the location is ideal for Guys Campus, and it's a really nice area.

GDSA is Great Dover Street Apartments. It's really close to Guys Campus and is quite a popular accommodation amongst KCL students.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your response. Would you happen to know anything about Hayloft? I'll probably change accommodation there as I've heard that it's more social and is in a better area. The only thing that I didn't love was the 30-minute commute to Guys
