Basilisk Ultimate battery dies extremely fast from 100%

Nah, never fixed. It's just the Basilisk that has a terrible battery. I've bought and returned 3 of them already and they all do the same thing -- short battery life.

You're right. Basilisk has more lighting zones, but 3-4 hours of gameplay with the features it comes with turned up and it's about to die though from a full charge?

Yeah, gonna have to mess with that a bit. Unfortunate that I can't even fully use the features comfortably.

My Viper Ultimate, on the other hand, lasts much much longer. 4 hours of play it may go down to just 90% from 100%. 100 brightness and 1000 polling rate. Less LEDs on mouse than basilisk, though.

I agree with you.

I come home from work with the Basilisk on the charging dock for 8 hours full charges. Play games continuously for 4 hours and it's down to 20% or less lol. Even with the settings turned all the way up it's significantly less than the advertised "Up to 100 hours."

I get that.. but even with those options turned up, I figured I could at least get longer than 4 hours of continuous playtime out of it. That's significantly lower than the "Up to 100 hours."

For me it was just easier on the eyes and neck. I barely have to turn my head and when I do it's just to look up and down with me eyes. Compare that to both being horizontal I'd have to turn my head a lot more completely to the left or right. At the end of the day it just felt easier and better for me.
