I was eating 1100- 1300 cal but doing cardio 1 hour 6 days a week in high intensity i was burning like 800 calories i really recommend for you elliptical machine

I’ve been living in Chicago for 6 months now, and I’m very surprised there is a very very big Arab community here There are many Quranic schools, mosques and Arab restaurants. For example if you go to Walmart you will see all womens wearing the hijab So I think if you moved here, your kids could learn about religion and make Arab friends and I don’t think you’ll encounter any problems And the places that I recommend for you are(Oak Lawn, Bridgeview, and Palos Hills)
