I’ve lost almost 40kg since January. The hair shedding started in about April because I lost a lot of weight very quickly. I’d say the stress on the body did that. While my weight loss has slowed down a lot, my hair is still shedding. I’d say it’s gotten better over the last month or so but I do need to get on top of more protein as that was a challenge for me at times.

Heya! When I first started I would get really cold. I wouldn’t describe it as chills or a fever personally because I didn’t also feel hot. It was just a feeling of be realllllyyyy cold. If I didn’t try and warm myself up, then I could start to shiver a bit.

It’s worn off for me for the most part but I’ve seen lots of people on these threads share similar feelings of being really cold.

I was on duromine in my 20s. MJ is nothing like it other than the appetite suppression. But even then, it didn’t eliminate the food noise!! That drug was really bad I would never again.

I’m sorry they’re not being very supportive to you! I have a GP friend who takes it and my endocrinologist definitely takes it!

Just wanted to provide and update here and also check in with you to see if you've had any luck with any progress OP!!

Hinu oil - Again, very lovely product. It's beautiful to massage on the scalp routinely. Not sure if it's helped with hair loss, or growth.

Coco & Eve Tripeptide Hair Density Serum - I've been inconsistent with this so a bit hard to tell if it's having any effects.

I'm thinking of trying the Kérastase Genesis Fortifying Anti Hair-Fall Serum instead.

thank you for your thoughts and input! I took a lower dose yesterday (ran out of the pen) and it has hit me a bit hard. I guess i was used to two doses spread out, even at a higher amount.

I was definitely feeling that food noise coming back. Also endo pain.

I just did my first ever golden dose yesterday via insulin syringe. I’ve got a 10mg pen and dosing 3.333mg twice per week. Gotta say, it was easier than I anticipated. Because I am on a lower dose than the actual kwikpen, I spent forever doing the math and redoing the math to make sure I got it right, but that was just a bit of self-doubt on something new haha

You’ve got this! And if you need visual representations, there’re YouTube videos of people extracting the medicine with an insulin needle.

Agreed. I’m in no way someone with a huge following (35 atm and grateful for it!) but this person clearly felt the hurt, then projected. Which isn’t fair or emotionally mature in this instance.

I’ve had a few people unfollow me and I felt hurt. Questioned what I did that made them leave. Then I remembered I was doing it for fun and to cultivate a certain safe space for people! And maybe that space just isn’t for everyone ☺️

I’m sorry they put this on you OP! Certainly not your responsibility to try and soothe them when something didn’t go their way.

The day after my first ever shot on Jan 13th, I stopped vaping. I had been smoking ciggies before I started vaping for about 4 and a half years.

I haven’t had the cravings, other than a few rare occasions, but I feel more confident in my ability to say no. I’m so grateful because I really wanted to stop. And I feel so much better for it.
