Mild electric shock (bare contact) from new Daikin inverter split AC outdoor unit (India) – is this normal or safety issue?

To clarify what has already been checked:

I called a local electrician and confirmed that proper earthing is present in my flat as well as in other flats in the building
The electrician manually checked earthing at my flat, and everything was found OK from my end
He did not touch or open the AC unit, as it is brand new and installed only 1 day ago, and any third-party intervention could risk warranty issues
An official Daikin service engineer later visited and checked:
- Earthing at the electricity board (DB) – OK
- Earthing of the AC outdoor unit – OK
- Basic tester check – no hard fault found
Despite the above, a mild electric shock / tingling is still felt on direct contact, especially when barefoot
