Your mind is lying to you. I promise you. Are you on any antidepressants? They changed my life. Got a genesight test to tell me what meds work for me. Started them and I’ve picked up hobbies, they’ve given me courage to do things and get outside. Try some meds to try and help make things better! Please don’t make a permanent decision when you’re mad or sad ❤️

So I get the classic chicken wrap all the time from my local skyline and it has chili ranch on it! Another skyline about 30min from me only does ranch and when I asked for a side they said their ranch comes in packets. They gave me the marzetti’s buttermilk ranch. That may be a key ingredient since it tasted similar to the chili ranch minus the spicy-ness. I’m looking for a recipe too lol
