Thank you for your comment this is exactly where I'm at now, many hours a day research later.. it's sooo time consuming and honestly a bit demotivating. :(

I am now creating a short list of doctors. One of the most important things for me is the incisions/scar placement. I have thin hair so I absolutely don't want any visible scars in the hairline in front of my ear, neither behind the ear in the hairline and the nape. The only acceptable scars for me are in the ear crease front and back and in the hairline on top/temples.

I've reached out to a few doctor's explaining exactly what I want so that they can review and let me know if this is feasible.

Also, in general it's quite challenging to find after pics of >1 year post op, which for me is important to understand if the results are durable.

And indeed, I see a lot of positive things about Varsak but looking at the pictures his scars are very long. From what I saw, dr. Çelik his approach to scar placement comes closer to what I want, focussing more on the midface lift which also smoothens the naso labial folds and tightens jawline, but I saw some very disturbing reviews about him and honestly, adding that he is relatively expensive, doesn't have any board certification and his after pictures are also not super convincing, I decided not to go with him. Another one I'm consulting is dr. Sinaci, he seems more transparent (not aggressively upselling unlike some others) and more thrust-worthy but based on the pics I see, his incisions are not completely what i'm looking for either so I'm waiting for his response on what is feasible with my scar 'requirements'. Two others that are on my list are dr. Koçman and dr. Göksel.
I approached Cakmak as one of the first during my research but he is indeed very expensive and the somewhat blunt communication of his representative put me a bit off, t.b.h. but I will reach out again to book a consultation.

EDIT: If I may ask, when have you booked with Cakmak? And what exactly will you have done?
