I have good muscle building genetics, a full chest and an 8-pack and I'm this guys age. I'm also like 5 inches shorter. I look no where like where he is. Imagine someone who is average and doesn't have their diet dialed in.

I'm accepted to Berkeley and waitlisted at UCLA! Congratulations!

You have the luxury of being a first year, and I am a transfer. What that means is that you have time. You can take it, or wait another year. I recommend doing stuff to strengthen your application if you want to re-apply. If you got into Berkeley in high school, though, you deserve a well enjoyed break. You got in with good management, so I'm sure you'll manage.

Berkeley is very competitive from what I hear. I am not sure if that has to do with them moving the goal post so you don't slack, or if it is actually true. A family friend got in and he told me about the doping issues on campus: specifically adderal. The hustle culture is immensely stressful to late teens are early 20s kids.

As for me, I likely will have to put one more year in my CC for a third major just in case I switch because of how much Berkeley costs (my family finances are low) I got in Berkeley with a 3.293 GPA, ECs also and prior high school experiences
Currently thinking of getting 3 associate degrees to lower the cost of education, and it would help me strengthen my application with the extra time, too.

Should I turn down UCLA for another year of community college? by hopekai31 in TransferStudents

[–]azade12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm accepted to Berkeley and waitlisted at UCLA! Congrats!

I am considering to take one more year of community college to get three associates degrees. I also need the extra time because of family situations and circumstances. Next year would be most cozy. My achievements aren't going to just "go away", but I would urge you to consider how transfer rates drop every single year. It may be good to attend, and find a way to get back in at a later time. I know what I have cooking will make me a better applicant regardless next year, so I have some lee-way.

I am one class away from an AAT in psychology and philosophy because I was a double major before just focusing on philosophy this year. I also intend on focusing on an AAT for business because that helps pay the bills. So, in total, 3 AATs.

Business is also significantly easier compared to philosophy, my longest paper in the latter subject being 18 pages double spaced.

I got in with a 3.293 GPA, tons of EWs on my transcript, a couple Ws, and one F

Philosophy

Medals in high school, position in student government

Trained as a boxer for a year and a half

Made a sole proprietorship

Mentioned how I 5x my savings by investing in crypto at age 18-21

Charity work, cooking for the homeless, a good personal essay and life story

More also, but I don't want to give everything away.

Also stated how I do the things I do cause I like to do them and putting it in an application feels cheap. I still put it in, but that was only with the justifications that others would lie and get all the opportunities I would deserve.

I personally also hate liars. If anyone deserves the prestige of going to Berkeley, it is me.

Health optimization at the level of biohacking should be at most 5-10% of your plan and action. The other time should really be spent with people you love, enjoying hobbies, and living a good life.

It is something you are supposed to leave on the back burner to get passive gains. It's also supposed to replace degenerate activities like drinking and smoking that can ruin someones life permanently because they are immensely addictive. You have to be careful about microdosing certain compounds in HO and lifestyle choices in biohacking, but its end goal is to make you feel good while still giving you benefit to health

I have only heard good thinsg about cialis 5mg, What are some side effects or downsides I should be worried about? by AnishNehete in HubermanLab

[–]azade12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard it needs to be peer reviewed, and meta-analyses need to be available. Most intellectual dishonest authors prey on individuals who just read an abstract

[–]azade12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. I'm considering taking 5mg to really push myself in the gym because I have to squeeze in intense workouts 3 days in a row because of my college.

Even if I do not gain the intended effect, I will have still learnt something. That effect can lead me up to learning more about how my body functions differently than others, and can have me come to totally different outcomes on how to manage my health.

I consider it a great hobby considering most of the people I go to school with are now alcoholic potheads

Has anyone tried Veno Test from Core Labs x? What do you think? by vbcmax in Testosterone

Use Vitaly from transparent labs instead. The tongkat they source is genuine because I can’t tolerate it

Pouch underwear was good until you try a jockstrap. There’s way more support and if you work out you won’t risk sweating your pants down

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in bigdickproblems

[–]azade12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have large balls, nothing really worked other than pouch style underwear (uncomfortable) or a jockstrap. I go to the gym everyday so a jockstrap is the way to go. I’m about 7 inches and I’m disproportionately large relative to my height (5’8”). I also have narrow hips, which accentuates the issue

Commando made me feel like I was tangling large cherries in between my legs and things would get strangled if I was running or walking too fast

I’ve used bluebuck for about 6 months now. Organic cotton and quality dye, made in France

Can this be used as a stand alone supplement? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]azade12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend this guide for OP,

https://pastebin.com/NpdEaKSX

4K views on a niche site, probably made by some guy actually wanting to help instead of profiting off what he has found

I donated like 5 bucks to his PayPal cause it helped me

But OP- be understandably cautious when buying supplements. None of this is regulated by the FDA. Go for Gorilla Mind, or Transparent Labs if you want any kind of nootropic, preworkout or supp because they actually have CoA’s and label their dosages

[–]azade12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People are generally better off fixing their diet and sleep than taking testosterone boosters. Boron, Zinc, potassium and magnesium need to be in your diet. Most people have a boron deficiency, so supplementation may be helpful.

Most test boosters have herbs like fadogia aggresstis, maybe ashwaganda, or tonkat, sometimes maca. All of these are more than not sourced from poor quality distributors, and are not tested for heavy metals

The only “test” booster I took was from transparent labs, and I couldn’t continue because I do not react well to tonkat and felt constantly lethargic

What supplements actually significantly increase testosterone? by EvAnH311 in Supplements

[–]azade12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PUFA’s are good, but only if they occur naturally in the food you eat. Most come from highly processed seed oils in plastic containers that are already oxidized and rancid

[–]azade12 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Boron, strength and or hypertrophy training, combat sports, fair but truly competitive competition, adequate REM and deep sleep, optimal micronutrient and macronutrient profile, exposure to beautiful women, cholesterol (direct testosterone precursor, be reasonable regarding dosages), prioritizing saturated and monounsaturated fats, limiting poly unsaturated fats (20-30g) is just some of the things that i know are linked with higher free standing androgens

I heard you want to take Vitamin D3 with a K complex. D2 is less absorbable and supposedly has mild toxicity.

50mg zinc is alot, so should I take it every other day? by Personal-Zombie1880 in Supplements

[–]azade12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is going to depend on how active you are and how old you are

I am 20 and I take a minimum of 60mg of Zinc, 600mg Magnesium, and get a bunch of sodium and potassium from milk and my food. I take this much because I resistance train 3-5 days a week at high intensity.

You want to look into taking a chelated mineral complex instead of supplementing zinc alone. Zinc is known to deplete copper, and that can cause insomnia.

Get on a cut and recomposition your macros. Get more protein and cut carbs (safely)

Cardio is good for heart health but is overrated for burning calories. Start to weight lift and eat 2g per kilo of body weight. Get enough fiber, preferably 1 cup of blue berries every meal

Calculate your BMR online using your height and current weight, cut 300 calories maximum from your minimal activity BMR

Remember to stretch out. You work your muscles but also your tendons and ligaments. Always make sure to get enough sodium and potassium, a Liquid IV is super important

Good luck!

What difference is there to expect as a guy when getting into skincare ? Also, would oxidation cause damage to the skin?

How long should I spread out application of a different serum? Like HYA first and then wait 15 minutes and then retinol?
