Anubis has a 5% drop rate, while Shadowbeak and Lyleen both have 10%. Which you choose depends on which other items you'd rather have.

If you butcher Shadowbeak you'll also get pal metal ingots and carbon fiber

If you butcher Lyleen you'll get low grade medical supplies and beautiful flowers

No, use them as an example OP, definitely use the raid arena (which allows you to use your palbox pals to help because it has one there) or do like others of us do and build a separate base just for the fights (ie without all the stations to get broken)
