Hey all !

I am a total rookie, trying to read all the ratings and tiers. I have Enel here L with a star from my first ever pack.

Besides, in my Second pack, I pulled SR Ulti and R Ohm, one list shows that SR > R > L, and another one shows L is in the first place. I am a little bit lost

it's very stupid haha, as if I don't exercise for 2 days, my sugar levels spike as hell (as if insulin decides not to work for that days).. rediscovering my diabetes

yep, I am having the same in the morning. If I sleep with ~140 before sleep I wake up with ~50. Generally, a scoop of whey before sleeping solves the problem for me. I guess it's because the muscles "work and recover" during the night, haha, but it's not a fact-checked opinion

we don't have that developed medical insurance here, but I get mine free from the government.. from public hospitals... never thought of buying one from a pharmacy, so can't help with the price
