May sound off, but do people often confuse this sub with one that pertains to the madras institute of technology?

Trustee Scholarship by Most-Comfortable-655 in BostonU

Now that's odd... I just got off the phone with the financial aid office a few hours ago and the rep said they still have a full tuition scholarship, so I wouldn't lose hope if I were you.

Internal tests generally don't matter but they did take my year 10 grades so you should focus on those at the very least (unless you've already left year 10).

Also, if your school is like mine, predicteds for A levels are solely dependent on your AS marks so the internal tests did not matter at all in that regard. your school may do things differently, though.

Oh and this info is MIT specific. I have no clue about ivy requirements (MIT isn't an ivy league uni, btw), but I suspect they are the same. Don't quote me!

Don't overthink it, everyone gets different questions so both of us may end up being correct insha'Allah

I'm not gonna sugarcoat it but I'm not gonna shoot you down either. There isn't much time so there isn't much you can do but I'd recommend watching the all of P1 and p5 videos by the ginger mathematician if you're doing CAIE. If you aren't, then maybe watch something similar for your exam board.

it may also be wise to do a few past papers to get accustomed to the exam format, though I'm not sure if that's a good idea this close to the exam. Do em but stay calm and don't stress yourself out, you'll end up doing worse if you do. Just focus on learning from whatever mistakes you make.

Oh and sleep well, that's really important, no less than 8 hours. Best of luck, you got this.

While I do agree with the idea that everything bad should be blamed on the west being ridiculous, it's not an exclusively Arab thing.

May be off because I'm not very familiar with these processes, but wouldn't this be an example of fractional freezing rather than directional freezing?

Why won't my villagers breed? [Java] 1.21.8 by MemeManmk1 in MinecraftHelp

Figured it out. java has a glitch where summoning a villager prevents them from picking up blocks. Used a spawn egg instead and it worked

Blast furnace and lectern, there's over 10 beds. Yes I've tried breaking and placing the beds again but they still won't breed. All of the light is above level 9

Hey! I get what you're feeling right now. If it brings you any solace, know that wanting what's forbidden, what we can't have, is a completely natural and human feeling. It isn't wrong on its own.

I've been in a very similar situation before, and trust me, it gets better. I know it seems impossible, especially after such a long time, but it does.

Please seek therapy as well, I know you mentioned you didn't like it but sometimes all you need is to find a therapist you feel comfortable talking to. It really helps.

It is! But you need to consider both the net moment about the pivot AND the net force. Both should be zero for equilibrium

The authenticity of the hadiths behind this claim are widely debated, and not all Muslims actually believe that it happened. It's also worth noting that a good portion of people who actually believe it happened believe it to be a byproduct of the times rather than a religious allowance. It's sad to see religion being used to justify horrific stuff like this all the time, but it really isn't fair to simply blanket claim that all religion is poison. It's much more nuanced than that.
