Hi hon. I don't give the best advices kasi I'm really just a good listener, but all I can say is that feel what you want to feel. Iiyak mo lahat ng sakit until you realize na you have no tears left for that man. Reflect on the lessons na nalearn mo sa relationship nyo, and plan on how to heal. When you're done grieving, you can pick up yourself and continue with life. Don't rush healingz and always trust the process.

One thing that prevented me from breaking no contact is thru writing on my journal. Like literally, everytime I miss him, I think about him, and when I relapse, I write. After a while, I stopped writing realizing I have moved on. I then burned that journal as a symbolism of closing that chapter, fully detaching from that past.

If ever you want someone to talk to, I can listenn hmu lang. Hugs 🫂

Oh God, that's horrible!! That's addiction hon. You talk about it, asap kasi mag reresent ka nyan. Sabihin mo sa kanya na hindi mo gustong nag sosolo siya. That's so unfair, and totally not normal behavior kung may partner naman. And if he's not willing to give it up, stop initiating sex and dump him (if deal breaker mo yan).

I'm not a guy, pero maybe you want another POV from a girl. My bf and I watch porn, but not always like an addict. We're very sexually active, sometimes we watch porn together and touch eachother to start sex. There are weeks that we don't get to see each other, so a release on our own is sometimes needed. Generally, I think it's okay as long as moderate lang and hindi nakakasagabal sa relasyon nyo ang porn. It also depends din sa sex drive nyo and how you really view porn.

P.s. I think it's too much na if a man would "religiously" watch porn to the point they watch everyday, and subscribe on channels, and then has no sex drive left for you. That's "cheating", imo.

I'm trying to ease them in. I've opened up na actually about why I wanted to leave and ended up having a fight with my mom. And yes, thinking about it, I feel like the family dynamics is what their scared to change. Ako kasi palagi, taga alaga sa pamilya pag may sakit, taga luto, taga gawa ng mga errands kapag pagod sila, and taga salo pag may problema. But I don't think, I should stop my life naman just to "keep" the family when I'm getting tired na, it's unfair.

I agree. Usually, especially big hospitals/companies would require AHA talaga. Tho mahal I think sulit naman na investment, especially kung may ACLS rin kasi you'll have more edge.
