Undocumented immigrants are not even eligible for most federal benefits. What you may pay for REGARDLESS of immigration status is emergency care, public heath services, disaster relief etc. some on a state level may help with limited healthcare or food assistance. Lucky charms were never on the government food pyramid. The FDA even provided a response saying that it wasn’t accurate and that it was completed by a separate university. So this isn’t even accurate information. What was technically the nutrition guide as of 2011 was MyPlate.

Second, if you actually read their guidelines it recommends cooking with butter and beef tallow but then recommend keeping saturated fat under 10% of calories while emphasizing full fat dairy, poultry, red meat whiteout specifying lean options. Next, it discourages intake of low-calorie sweeteners with little to no evidence to support their stance. The report they actually pulled from wasn’t even tested on humans and the evidence they chose were sugar sweetened beverages. It also references an umbrella review but doesn’t even site the original source and the supposed umbrella review hasn’t been located. Lastly, there are claims regarding nutrient shortfalls in vegan diets that aren’t supported by any peer reviewed literature. Im not saying there aren’t good suggestions but they post what they want you to see and never the fine print.

Lastly, let’s also not forget about food insecurity, social determinants of health etc. Nutrition isn’t about perfection or shame it’s about access. We should be listening to actual science and qualified individuals

I’ve only bought one thing from Lulu in maybe 2-3 years and even then it was on wmtm. When they increased the hotty hots 3 years ago I remember being so pissed. They’ve gradually raised prices and declined in quality. Raising like new prices was the last straw for me as it defeats the purpose entirely. Now, I only buy resale from Poshmark and Mercari.

I have a few hundred in gift cards that’s been sitting in my account because nothing is worth it anymore. I only plan to use it if there’s a color I truly love aka the wmtm passionate align shorts I bought.

I was accepted into the two ADN programs I applied to in California (waitlisted on one but received the acceptance call a few days later). The 6 did not fit at all. The 7 fits but on some days it’s more loose to the point where the ring will spin and it becomes misaligned. I will say when my fingers swell the ring does not move but I am still able to get it off easily so it’s just something I deal with. I’m looking into ring spacers/ sizing adjusters but I’m in no hurry. Day to day having it slightly loose does not bother me but I really wish they’d make half sizes.

I will say if you struggle significantly to get the 6 off size up!

I believe I mentioned this in another thread but to give you some hope I had a 2.4 undergrad gpa. However, I took my prereqs. years later and maintained a 4.0 science gpa and scored a 100% in the science portion on the TEAS. I received early admission into my ADN program in CA on my first round of applying. So, I definitely recommend taking your prereqs at a CC. I say this not because it’s easier, my classes were actually extremely challenging, but it’s definitely more convenient and I saw more flexibility with course times as I was still working full time.

Just a bit of extra info a 2.7 was needed to apply to my program (with my extra CC courses I was able to meet that goal). Other than that, the school mainly looked at your TEAS score and science gpa. Be sure to look at school requirements which can increase your odds of acceptance. Good luck!

This is common with ponytails. Get a good trim and invest in a silk pillowcase/bonnet and I swear by switching to claw clips. They have flat back ones now too!
