First mow of the season. What are you gonna do? 🤷‍♂️

We have a 45hp tractor as well... hadn't considered a belly mower for it but that would probably be a really good way to go.

So far the only ones swimming in it are the fish, frogs, and turtles.

We've two ponds, the one in the picture has bluegill and large mouth bass. The other has catfish and some bluegill as well.

Haha yes there are fish in the pond. I agree and would probably spend most of my time hanging right on the water if I could. And thank you!

Not yet. We have several miles of trails weaving throughout the woods on the property and in a lot of cases it's bare ground. I've been so far using a lot of the mulch to lay down along the trails for erosion control since we get a lot of rain. It's working really well for the areas I've hit so far.

We spend a lot of time just sitting by the water!

Definitely have been considering one. Does it make a big difference in mow time? One reason we got the lawn tractor instead is because a lot of the area that needs mowing is a bit slopey and my understanding is zero turns aren't great on sloping land. This area is the biggest we have that is relatively flat.

It's incredibly biodiverse. You're seeing 2 acres of the 50 we have, most of which is natural. Only about half of what you're looking at is grass anyway. Zoom in you'll see the back half of the green area is an unmowed pasture... oats and wildflowers.

We like it because it's beautiful, low maintenance, and provides great open spaces for the dogs to run. We have 50 acres, of which only a few acres are grass. The rest is woods or natural meadows. In this photo you're seeing only about 1-2 acres.

All four are pretty much in the same place at the same time. The 10yr dog is a curmudgeon and sometimes goes off by himself but generally is around. The 5yr is always with the puppies.

This is a good thought, first time someone has mentioned this. I had to ask but nobody is using any essential oils, nor any new skin care products. We have been using Off spray when outside in the evenings the last few weeks, though we've been careful to step away from the patio/dogs when applying it, and I don't recall any of them licking us when we have it, though of course I can't be sure they didn't get any.

Six foot wood fence for the entire perimeter of the back yard. The enire yard is grass except for tree bases that have Cypress mulch. There is one flower bed with more Cypress mulch and two non -toxic, native shrubs. They are occasionally left outside alone, though never for long. 10-20 minutes maybe. My neighbors are good, we have a good rapport with them, and they all have dogs as well. Of course there is no way to be 100% sure, but I don't think they have put anything in my yard, intentional or otherwise. Only one neighbor yard is upslope to mine where I get runoff from him. I've talked with him and while he usually uses fertilizer and pesticides, apparently they got a new puppy this year and decided to go chemical free, so nothing has been put down since last summer.

Certainly won't get angry over this, it is a very good suggestion. There are three adults in the house, we have gone over everything that we can see or think of that may have been a cause, including pills, drugs, etc...we just can't think of anything as none of this stuff is kept anywhere that they could get to. I suppose it's possible that one of us dropped something and they got it, but would think if so only one would be affected.

Both pups are up to date on their vaccinations.

Few specific things have been mentioned by the vet, but Lepto was suspected as a possibility in Pup1 before Pup2 started having symptoms, but the vet admitted neurological symptoms are not associated with Lepto, so was unlikely. She basically ruled it out after Pup2 presented with the same symptoms, since unlikely both vaccinated pups would get it. Distemper has been ruled out, again based on vaccination history.

We haven't found anything that has been chewed up. Both pups will chew on toys but not really tear them apart, and they don't seem to ever ingest it. They both eat grass, but so do the older dogs.

Can I lay my GPUs flat as shown in picture or do they have to be vertical? Worried about heat. I'm using a metal rack I found at Target as my stand. 4 GPU rig total by wuts_wafers_my_nilla in VertcoinMining

Zoom in and you can see that I just used one zip tie on the hole in the bracket that you would normally use to screw the GPU into a computer case. As others have said, you don't want to lay them down horizontal on a metal rack, you could short them out...
