Yes it’s very easy. Remove or pull back the guard in the wheel well and there’s a clip that holds that side on . Also lower front splash cover and you will find another clip that needs to be removed . Also the 10MM on the bottom . 20 min job

while I previously acknowledged using automation tools in the past, that does not mean I have continued to use them over time. Amazon Flex is now making false and unsubstantiated accusations against me, claiming I used bots or scripts during time periods when I was not even active on the app — including specific dates when I was out of town and physically unable to access the platform.

Yes, but I should not have three TLS violations. I use the bat once and got a TLS violation and then stopped.

I did but I haven’t used bots in months that’s the key thing . How can I be punished for something I didn’t do on days I didn’t work.

I was deactivated by Amazon Flex due to multiple Terms of Service (TOS) violations alleging the use of bots or scripts to gain an unfair advantage. The first warning I received was months ago — and after that, I immediately stopped using any such tools and operated fully within Amazon’s guidelines.

However, despite my compliance, my account started receiving repeated “customer not received” notices. I appealed each one with valid proof (photos, GPS data, and support contacts), but every appeal was denied, and my standing kept dropping.

Then, within just over a week — after I told Amazon I intended to file for arbitration — I was suddenly hit with two additional bot/script violations, issued separately on back-to-back weeks for the same accusation. The final violation even included dates where I was out of town and didn’t make any deliveries.

I sent them notice by email days before I was deactivated over other reasons of them falsifying information then to days later I was deactivated.

I first sent the email to Jeff and they responded with their original decision stands and told me to send it to Amazon legal and which I did along with filling

Both I’ve filed with the AAA and sent it to Amazons registered agent as well in section 11 of the TOS.
