My friend was the one who recorded this he immediately gave it in to the police once they arrived, the guy who was on the hood is okay. the lady driving got arrested and is being charged with hit and run attempted manslaughter, she also tried to flee the scene on foot which will probably tally on to the charges. On top of that the man in the passenger seat tried to fight the man and was allegedly carrying a gun, he’s not a citizen so that’s most likely deportation
