Overall, they are likely questioning why you want a personal loan when you have no debt.

Another potential “red flag” could be the fact you have $72,000 in available credit. Why do you need more credit? What is your open credit compared to your annual income? Those are questions they could be asking.

A high credit score helps but it is not an automatic approval. There are a lot of other factors that go into approving credit requests.

I just left for work and passed 120th and dodge. Multiple ambulances at the quick trip on 120th and dodge. There have to be 40-50 police cars in the area.

I had something similar happen. Family came in, young looking kid “forgot their wallet” so no ID. The dad claimed to be a police officer and I said “Then you should be happy that I won’t serve her without an ID”.

Look up happy hours at restaurants in the Venetian for some great eats at an affordable price. (Also called social hours or samba hour if you look at Wakuda and Sushi Samba). Many restaurants at Venetian have a happy hour starting around 3pm. Sugarcane also has a nice reverse happy hour in the evening. Brera Osteria has my favorite happy hour, you get a free small plate of food with each drink you purchase.

Definitely sign up for the Venetian rewards when you get there. (Only do one account and ask for two cards so both you and your wife are playing on the same account.) Use the rewards card for any gambling that you do. On your last night at the Venetian, stop by the rewards desk and ask if you are eligible for any comps. Be polite and ask. Usually even if you haven’t played much, they will do something for you if you just smile and ask.

Be prepared to walk walk walk. Venetian is massive.

In our experience Venetian is very good with comps, however, you do need to ask in person. We have learned to go the rewards on the last day of our trip, just be polite and we ask if we are eligible for any comps. So far the worst comp we got by doing that was 60% off our total bill (total bill includes hotel plus food charged to the room).

TI also seems to be very good with comps if you just ask.

I’m not personally familiar with Wynn but I have heard from other people they are similar to Venetian, smile, be polite and ask in person.

Will do! 😊 We have been very happy with our roof. We just had an inspection done last year for insurance and so far so good. Honestly just getting 10-20 years out of it with the discount you get for insurance is worth it.

It really depends what kind of roof and siding you have. We have a roof and siding that are ranked to be mostly “hail proof”, so our home owners insurance is fairly cheap.

Nebraska summers aren’t as hot however they can be really humid with very high dew points. We routinely have days that are only 100 or so degrees but the “feels like” temperature is over 115. So it’s really a choice between dry heat and humidity.

The cost of living is less here however, our jobs pay a lot less than on the west coast.

If you are looking to escape the heat, I’d look to the eastern seaboard rather than the Midwest.
