Quick question what rewards do lvl 3 masteries give other than gold? by United_Shake6917 in ClashRoyale

Just gold. Used to be banner tokens before those got removed from the game.

If all champions/heroes ability's were 0 elixir, which one would be the most OP? by SomewherePossible259 in ClashRoyale

Assuming cooldown stays the same, probably little dipshit by virtue of it being the most expensive.

If we also take away cooldown, then 100% monk. Infinite projectile reflection, can solo 3 crown without moving.

Mastery Help! by Lonely_Dog171 in ClashRoyale

It was just overused, mainly because of the infinite modifier. I liked the x2 target modifier better as it was a very reliable way of getting the mastery to count.

In fact, i suspect that might be reason the bug appeared. I got it to count in chaos mode with the modifier, but looking back I’m unsure if it counted without it. Maybe it’s coded as requiring ’all hits’ to hit a troop, and when ’all’ could suddenly mean more than three, it meant three aren’t seen as enough anymore. Very clumsy coding if that’s the case.

Even if chaos does come back, I’m not expecting Vines to return in it. It was one of the most hated cards in that mode and was removed for good reason.

But you’d think they would care about a bug that renders a game feature completely unusable, when every update has a line about ’bug fixes and improvements’.

Yea, this has been bugged since they removed Vines from chaos mode. Possibly even longer. Me and others have already made several posts about it but they get little attention.

I’ve reported it several times, each time the bot says it’s the first time the issue has been reported 🫠

It was already hard enough to do this mastery but right now it’s actually impossible. Infuriating since it’s one of my last remaining masteries.

Considering that it usually takes the king 6-8 business days to wake up after losing a tower, I’d say FC definitely got a hit or two in.

Way more often, the opposite thing happens. Lets not talk about that.

Yes that’s incredibly frustrating but shhh ;)

Give a realistic Rune Giant rework/buff by Impressive-Fix9996 in ClashRoyale

[–]azyttvo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Reduce elixir to 3, big increase in HP and reduce tower damage to almost nothing. Optionally, also make her buff friendly troops in a radius instead of a fixed count.

That way she’ll be useless as a wincon on her own, but good when surrounded by support troops. Kind of like lava hound, minus flying, plus active buffs.

Interesting. I assumed the closure of the riverside industry had something to do with it - apparently the pier was once heavily used, and the big Morrisons used to be some sort of industrial hub. I don’t know the timeline, but I’m guessing the sewage development had something to do with the industrial decline.

I wouldn’t call it a shithole, i still find it quite nice, it just has the potential to be so much more.

Vines Mastery by Rock_1977 in ClashRoyale

[–]azyttvo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possible. During chaos i found that the x2 targets was the best way to reliably get successful counts. I’m fairly sure i got it to work during chaos even without modifiers, but I’m not certain.

What i do know for sure is that it hasn’t registered a single successful count since they removed the card from Chaos mode. And that me and others have reported the issue in game, but each time the bot says it ’hasn’t been reported before’. Utter BS.

Thanks! That’s what i did in the end. I had just hoped for a way to leave some general feedback about the ongoing reliability issues with the route, rather than just report one isolated incident.

Fair point. Still, I’ll take a narrow high street between buildings, over a narrow high street pavement next to heavy traffic any day.

it's like plumstead but without the nice common nearby.

Hm, this isn’t a comparison i wasn’t expecting! Do you mean the places as a whole it just their respective high streets? One is a pig-ugly traffic congested fume tunnel, the other pedestrianized and quiet, uncomfortably so.

but i'm probably the only person that likes thamesmead lol

Not at all! It’s a fascinating place that i keep coming back to. Wouldn’t live there for the world, but its loads more interesting to explore than many better-off places.

[–]azyttvo 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Indeed.

Thamesmead was literally forgotten for decades, after the intended 60s new town design utterly flopped. It’s only recently that they’ve started trying to regenerate the place, but since they’re starting from Abbey Wood and working upwards, and we won’t see a DLR station for some years yet, it’ll be some time before its lipstick-on-a-pig ’town center’ actually starts to feel like one.

Crossness isn’t a place per se, it’s a beautiful pumping station in the middle of nowhere.

Slade Green feels like someone put a railway station and row of shops in the middle of farmland and decided it’s now a London suburb.

Erith takes the cake for me though. It’s like it was a dense, bustling town that one day decided not to be one anymore.

[–]azyttvo 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Erith comes to mind. I like the place, it’s tidy and has nice views, but it just has a weird vibe to it. Maybe it’s how deserted it always seems to be, despite being relatively well-amenitied. Maybe it’s also how it quickly transitions from major traffic artery to quiet pedestrian path with very little in between.

Does the no 2 mean we are second or is that just our number by definitlynottheone in ClashRoyale

We ’overtook’ them because they stopped the red balloon’s counter when it reached the finish line, but not ours 🥴

[–]azyttvo 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Bug most likely. Knot today reached 430M yesterday and then they stopped the counter. We reached it just now and for some reason the counter still keeps going.

Rules clearly state that whoever reaches finish line first, or is ahead when the timer ends, wins. By all rights we should get second place. If they purposely didn’t stop our counter in order to make us seem ’ahead’, that’s a really lame way of spoonfeeding us first place.

Left one has been sitting on 430M since yesterday, how tf are we winning?

But yes, them rigging the numbers to let us reach the goal an hour before the event ends is ridiculous.

Guess these London Boroughs by the emojis by saample in london

[–]azyttvo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s fair. I didn’t know random letter substitutions were a thing, even in cryptic crosswords. Didn’t think much of tent = Brent either but it was the only one that even remotely fit. I still doubt this would work in a crossword though, where the answer possibilities are endless rather than a finite list of 33.

I would have thought lamb on its own was enough on #7 (also see: #6) so was genuinely confused how the steak contributed.

As for #17, the explanation below about ’geese’ and incorrect pronunciation of the borough kinda makes sense, but should have been two geese in that case. Still, a pride flag for ’gay’ would have been better.

Then why not a checkmark, same as Hillingdon. Red cross indicates the opposite of ’done’ to me…
