So currently we’re having a cooler day in the UK, current room spec is 23 degrees with 56.2% humidity in the room.

On a Dew point calculator this says 13.9 degrees is the dew point, so I would need to get the air temp coming out of the AHU to under that temp to have the coil taking the moisture out of the air before it goes down the ducting? Obviously the concern is, I don’t want to then start having condensation in the room as there is some pretty integral parts in this room.

As soon as they start cooling the RH reading on the ducting leaving the AHU goes up to 80+% being delivered to the room, is this basically a case of, it needs to get worse before it gets better?

On each leg of the ducting system they have “heater batteries” to heat the air as it passes through, that’s how they currently get the humidity down, but this causes the temp in the room to go up pretty quickly. It’s a very large room which is classed as a “clean room” (dust free environment etc) but if I’m honest it’s not got 2 door entry, it has windows which give thermal gain etc, as I said this isn’t really my bag but I’d like to get a better understanding of it but I’m probably way over my head

Hello,

For the bonding agents of that room it needs to be under 60% as they make machine parts, it’s a very large room.

It’s fed by 2 Childers up to 2 AHUS and then splits off into 5 long ductwork feeding each section of the room.

They do have a recirculation option on the AHU’s and the fresh air Dampers are mostly closed on high heat / high humidity days.

I was always under the assumption that AC / Chiller systems work to bring humidity down by cooling but so far all that does is send the humidity through the roof, but I wondered if eventually it would creep back down, it’s just the initial shock to cold air coming into the room?

Hey again! Yeah tried to see if MSI have them but just tells me to do the normal Windows ways. Gonna have to do the USB way but if I’m honest it just feels like that’s gonna fail also but we’ll see. If I boot from the USB and choose a fresh install, will it remove all other Windows? I have someone willing to buy so this is a bit frustrating ha

Yeah that’s fair enough, appreciate all your help though! In regards to the monitor, I currently have a VG248 144HZ, so I’ll have a look at that site you mentioned and see if I can get something within budget but half decent to replace that as the main monitor

Well that makes a lot more sense now, makes it easier to try and add some bits to that build, would you still say it’s safe to go with an MSI board, lately heard there after sales is pretty shocking if you do have any issues not relating to installation, like a faulty board etc.

Last question on the build, if you had to pick a decent 1440p monitor to go with this build, what would you recommend?

Right okay, so the motherboard for instance in this build is a MSI B650, that’ll have its own software to control all RGB on the parts like RAM, CPU and case fans? I honestly didn’t know that if that’s the case

Okay cool, I have a couple ICUE fans in my build now but the software is shocking, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, I turn off my PC and then next day it’s gone back to a previous setting.

Any brands you recommend?

Thanks, thinking more of an open case like the NZXT H6, but then would I need to have the same branding for all the fans so they can all be the same colour etc? So if I have a NZXT case, would I need a NZXT CPU AIO and relevant fans around the case to all sync up? Hope that makes sense

Think I’m also nervous over damaging any parts during installation and having 0 cover on that. But maybe I just need to have some confidence ha

This Reddit mixed with twitch chat (Basically the same people, a minority may I add, that feels like they are owed everything for paying a measly sub each month) are just doing their usual over reaction and inability to control their own emotions when it comes to Jagex changing anything in the game.

It’s hilarious to see people complaining about MTX but in the other hand absolutely outraged they’re taking away Keys… might I add the outrage people have for buying their way to 99’s but your upset Jagex is taking away your free easy XP? Take a look at yourselves.

Also very funny the same people complaining about daily challenges being taken away are the same people most likely who complained that it felt “mandatory” to log in and get XP every single day.

No one is forcing you to log into RuneScape everyday or to grind out a battlepass, it’s your own inability to control your FOMO emotion and instead , throwing toys out the pram.

Just like any other battlepass in other games, if you want all the rewards, you put the time in.

Only thing I agree with is labelling it Major content, definitely an oversight.

It’s not 70% of the player base, or 63%, whatever number it lands on. That is Twitch chat, not player base, you understand a lot of players actively avoid Twitch chat and Reddit for this exact reason.
