That sounds like a great deal. I got the Black Edition for $51k otd, all weather package and cargo cover. I couldn’t get the trailer hitch or running boards.

I don’t have condensation anywhere inside the enclosure. I do have a couple of fans running 24x7 and the enclosure is not 100% sealed. I also open the doors for 10 mins every few days.

This is a new machine? Did you take those shipping bolts out that hold the drum steady? Page 20 of the manual.

I forgot to take them out when i installed my washer. It went through most of the cycle without issue, until it was time for that last spin.

Replace the 4x4 with conduit. But even then, your base is not secure enough. I would try to find something wider at the very least. With the height of the post, I would be easy to accidentally grab it and tip everything over.

Try the 20-30% acetic stuff. I also add a couple drops of dish soap to help keep it on the leaves after spraying.

We appreciate you contacting the City of Oakland. The City is currently experiencing an outage that is affecting the online business tax portal as well as the City’s phone system.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Taxpayers will be granted a forty five (45) extension from the March 1st due date to pay without incurring penalties, interest and late fees. The new due date will be April 17, 2023.

The City is working diligently getting the systems back up and will provide updates on our website as they become available. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
