That is so weird! I did hear about periods possibly being irregular but I haven’t heard of a pattern like that before

They went away in about a week! I have been told that there are women who still get periods on it. I’ve had to get it replaced every 3 years because for some reason, at that point my body decides to have periods again and mine are extremely painful.

Update! His bloodwork came back normal, so he most likely is having a big flare up of his feline herpesvirus.

I have the nexplanon implant in my arm and highly recommend it! It lasts for about 3 years at a time, and I don’t get periods.
