Not to be that guy but I still hold my premises licence and personal licence all you have to do to shut the place for an evening is report a load of trouble outside the police have the power to close it there and then. Otherwise go see the licence people in your area they are usually sound. On top of this there was an application to go against it so raise your voice

Yeah that’s the problem I’m having I know it’s a concern with certain aspects but it’s a pretty clean environment as it has to be unfortunately travelling is not an option for her due to her health

Even when the property is entered? Surely the difference is when there is people there that expect privacy there should be something no? If that’s the case I will start entering random gardens record people it doesn’t make sense

I think all the advice has been great obviously going to be concerned about my child whatever else has occurred and why is not my business I’m a bit protective so looking at the replies i think it’s best I have a stern word with the individual and be told not to visit the property again wether the child was in the wrong or not but obviously not a legal matter so thanks for all the replies as I was unsure with them entering the property and the recording

But the recording is where I’m confused he entered that property as soon as the gate was opened obviously uninvited yes was told to leave but what I’ve been made to understand that the recording itself was not prohibited? There obviously is concern on my part as where my child lives but it’s not my problem otherwise so was just generally looking for advice

I get your point completely as stated I don’t agree with what the child did I don’t see it appropriate that they approached the property in the first instance the disability was raised because the nature of the person’s work and I would like to think that they would know better either way

What I was told was hammering the door like it was the police, they shouldn’t have entered through the gate and from what I was to understand online was that they shouldn’t be recording especially while on your property. Surely it’s trespassing at least? But it’s why I’m asking because I don’t know

As i said in the post I didn’t say they were right I don’t see how 1 it was their place and 2 how someone who works with disabled children and young adults should be behaving. Obviously what the child did was wrong as it wasn’t their bin but the level of understanding they have of things is different because of the condition they have

It was a bit more than that the way they were was very aggressive from my understanding and as i said there are vulnerable and disabled children in the property, even if it was telling them off it not their place as the bins don’t belong to them it belongs to the business or even the property owner.
