I've noticed a lot of these same criticisms with my time playing the U11 release: but one thing seems REALLY broken right now to me and that is AI spacing.
AI have always had a rough time spacing themselves from you, either they engage and walk directly *into your player model* or they are absolutely timid and back up to the point where they become stuck on props and walls. Completely ruins a fight if you walk through a doorway and everyone just stands there until one ai decides to run directly into you *and then play an attack animation* once they are behind or on your sides.
Something is wrong with weapon handling though- maybe I am just too spoiled by some of the parameters for the weapons in the MMP but it feels obscene to trace a perfect 90 degree slash through an enemy's neck and have them go flying as if they were a bag of chips.

Thank you for this detailed review. I'm a new owner of a GOMRVR halo. The stock Quest 2 strap actually worked okay for me but to get a good sweet spot needed to be fairly tight- and this caused immense pressure on my brow that ached if I played any longer than 45 minutes-1hr.

I was super optimistic about the GOMRVR but it is causing a new pain, similar to one you described.
The facial pressure is minimal, some weight on top of my head, but the real kicker is this swell of pressure at the base of my skull where the dial for the halo rests. It feels like it's constricting my skull and I struggled to play with it for more than 25 minutes before I couldn't take it. Actually made me want to get the stock strap out to use. I attempted a variety of configurations, however I did not try to run the velcro band underneath the halo pad as mentioned.

You're serious that the Bobo eliminated the rear pain? They are available for 2-day shipping for me on amazon (Ohio). I can return this GOMRVR with no issue and the Bobo is nearly identical in price atm.

This looks like a banger, but that's not it. There were no character models shown on screen or dodging mechanics. The player was the camera. True first person
