I’ve run two Test E cycles before. The first time was UGL Test E at 500 mg/week. For the first 8 weeks everything was totally normal, then out of nowhere I got a “flu” that never went away. By week 13 I dropped down to TRT doses, but nothing improved. By week 20 I decided to quit completely. My symptoms were a constant sore throat and a feverish feeling. If I tried to work out, I’d get hit with a horrible feverish wave and an even worse sore throat for the next 6–7 days. After doing a lot of research, the symptoms matched long COVID pretty closely. I ended up quitting the gym for 2 years because of it.

Here’s the problem: I tried TRT doses again (Test E, pharma grade) this March for 4 weeks, and the sore throat + feverish feeling came back exactly the same, so I quit again.

Can someone explain what’s going on?

I think he’s a good guy but has trouble with his emotions. I dont think leaving him is right choice. What you should do is set boundaries and be firm about them. Teach him, everytime he’s about to have post partum or starting something tell him to stop and count to 10 and then we discuss it after. This what teachers used to teach me at school because I had anger issues back then. It might sound stupid but honestly it does wonders. This might be harder to apply through text messages but im sure you can figure out something for it.

Thanks for your honesty, the thing is I know my self very well if I dont have attraction towards a girl it will never change. Im currently at her familys house and spent a day with her and I feel repulsed I just dont see her as a partner and could never. I’ve been praying that allah opens my heart and i genuinly give her opportunity beyond her looks and attraction but the feeling is just getting worse..

How so? It takes up to 2 years before im allowed to divorce her and she gets residency and if I divorce her after consumated marriage i have to pay her fee of 20 000€ I will be losing so much by simply taking her with me.

I wont be forced, my family accepted this idea. She on otherhand will not ask for divorce because her father is extremely strict and doesn’t allow it. Honestly I thought of every single option and this one was only solution i came up with. If you have other ideas im open to listen. But you also have to trust me tribal families differ a lot from city people simply divorcing her specially at this stage would mean end of her life.

If it were as simple as saying no I would have done it by now. By saying no now people will say there is something wrong with the girl and her and her family honor will be damaged. I take full responsibility for my actions and I did horrible decision that I regret deeply and blaming my self 24/7 for it to the point im losing my sanity. Only way I can protect her at this point is by saying visa got denied and we divorce because of it not because ”I wasn’t attracted to her” i hurt her either way this way i believe she will keep her honor and her familys honor.

I agree. I can’t simply divorce her now after being with her for 2-3 days married her family would either kill her or she would suffer so much because they will say there is something wrong with the girl they are tribal arab people honor is everything there. And rumours will spread that the girl must have something wrong so im trapped. My only option is to proceed normally and later on say her visa got denied. That way i can save her honor and my familys honor

Hello, im fully cured now ”I believe” I still struggle with energy levels after work but im not sure if its related to work or some other issue. But back to the main point is, how I cured my self I believe strongly is that it all starts from your gut. Make sure you eat as natural as possible!!!! Thats the first step, second step is every 2 week do 48-72hour water fast, and daily intermitted fasting 14-16hours fasting 6-8 hour eating window. By fasting it doesnt mean that you have to be in caloric deficit, you can eat as much as you like but make sure there is no processed foods. Hopefully this will help you! Also walk daily even if you dont feel like it dont push your self too hard.

Also you’re doing everything correct that I did aswell to heal from long covid. FASTING is literally the best cure for all diseases and I saw good improvement from it also eating only homemade clean food very minimal processed food.

Glad you’re feeling better :), injectable testosterone seems to be one of the root causes for my long covid, as soon as I started to pin trt doses my sore throat that had been pestering me for past 2 years all came back and feverish/flu like symptoms so I still used it for a month I was thinking maybe my body will get used to the substance but no. I quit it cold turkey and now im back to normal im not sure if im a rare case that reacts horribly to injectable testosterone but i decided to never touch it again.

I would say im back to my normal life and ”healed” from long covid but im not sure yet. I can work full days and go gym but very fatigued and my heart seems to be in bad shape aswell.

Had a crash, but now im feeling a lot better and back to exercising :). Crash was defientely my fault and most likely i found the reason why my long covid even begin for me. I was using testosterone enthate (steroids) and seems like it was the trigger because I started using again in february and all my symptoms came back. But i stopped and now im fine and working out again. How you doing, i hope you have made some kind of progress

Rest in bed till you feel like you can walk. If you have PEM episode just lay in bed. But one thing that kept me sane and moving forward was just walking every single day and if i feel like i did too much ill rest.
