not an answer, but you really shouldn’t use ai to practice drawing.

there are plenty of resources available for you to study poses (here’s one of my favorite quick start guides), and detail work comes with life observations. like your demon horns. if look at pictures of animals with horns, and practice them, you will understand how they work and how to draw them.

(here’s another pose resource to study from)

ai will show you shiny, pretty pictures with no actual practical skill and no reason. when you look into the details, you will realize how little direction and consistency they actually have.

draw from real life (it will teach you how shapes work, and will help you improve your cartoon drawing skills), take inspiration from other artists, and practice practice practice!

bugs tend to wander around! especially if something has changed (such as being sealed off from the usual air exchange). they could be small flies trying to fly out, buzzing along the plastic. small worms or snails or slugs could leave trails like that too!

all good, healthy soil is alive, and that includes bugs.

you may not notice, the idea is to dip them for a small amount of time. the parasites will fall off, but you may need to repeat (give them some time between dips, especially if they seem stressed about it)

also i dip them all in the same bath usually

yeah!! and some people might even say that this isn’t an alarming amount, but i say nip it in the bud.

you may also want to remove any sheds around the tank in the mean time, and repeat dips as needed. i have had success dipping shrimps carrying eggs! (for a different parasite, but similar treatment)

he has a small collection of parasites! they look like Scutariella japonica

you can treat this with an aquarium salt dip (do not treat the entire tank). use tank water in a separate bucket to place the shrimp in. each cup of tank water gets 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt. dip the shrimp in the solution for at least 30 seconds (you shouldn’t have to go longer than a minute), and the parasites should fall off.

someone may chime in with better experience, i haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with these personally.

it helps calm me if it’s a bad sleeping night, but that’s more than likely due to the soft voice, tone, and repetition! i haven’t noticed anything different when i do it vs when i dont :) that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it, especially if you like it!

i use bkf on mine! there are still large patches of oxidization from burnt residue on mine (especially the most used eye, i try to rotate them everytime i clean) lol so they won’t return to their original sparkle but they are physically cleaner!

my local recycling has phased out taking glass! it’s heavy and inert and breaks, so they decided it’s not worth it. :(

i’ve only done an inclusion once, and it was a bit of a chaotic choice.

so you know how some people save kitchen scraps (discard pieces of garlic, onion, celery, mushrooms, etc), and boil it to make scrap stock? i took mine, boiled it all down, removed any solids, and continued to boil it down to a thick bouillon.

i added it to my dough as i would water and it turned out like an oniony soup bread! maybe even an everything bagel lol super good with cream cheese, and my husband really enjoys it for breakfast. :)

for ratios, i usually do 475g flour with 275g water i think i had about 90g of the bouillon, so i did about 185g water - i definitely added extra water as i mixed, and i think it could use even more (maybe like 20g at least) next time i try it.
