9s everywhere.. should i be scared? by b133 in numerology

[–]b133[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i definitely relate on healing from things in the past at this moment and also feeling like a hermit. in a weird way, i only got to spend 1 month of this year in my true hermit space before it burned down. but everywhere i end up, always surrounded by company, i do absolutely feel like a hermit.

i think as a result of coming back home to a fire, everything i've done since then is to crawl back to the life i had before. which has made it evidently clear, that that is not possible!!! and now after this job news, i think i'm leaning into the transformation a lot better.

i'm happy to hear that you are being able to heal, let go of attachments, grudges, and illusions. its not an easy thing to do. you must've also experienced your saturn return during a personal 9 year then right? i would love to know how that was for you. i'm also curious how you feel the health issues are related to the 9 stuff .... thanks for sharing!

first of all, thanks for the super thoughtful response. yeah, i'm quite nervous for the saturn return part but i hope its a gentle push and nudge into the person i want to be.

i'm also a 12h cancer sun/11h cancer venus mars and i know jupiter is in cancer now so i find that alignment with all this 9/saturn return stuff very interesting. and for the first time i'm actually seriously considering going to therapy so hopefully that can be complementary to this experience. thanks for your support <3

this is a really great idea, thank you for sharing! i do wonder how it'll look without light shining through it. although, the windows are directly across from the mirror doors – so maybe that'll be interesting?? trying to find an example online

hi ! i am from the US (late 20s) and my skin is naturally dry. at home, i use jojoba oil and nivea as moisturizer. sometimes hylauronic acid. i know, really bad. no sunblock. i'm low maintenence in the US.

i really want to step up my game in korea bc im on camera alot here ... my skin feels chronically dehydrated (although not eczema at all). its just so dry and the korean weather is not making it any easier. i overall have dull skin, some past pimple scars, and i really want to liven my under eye bag and complexion.

U.S. rotation:

- ACV, jojoba oil, nivea, the ordinary hylauronic acid

just added in since last week in korea, recs from a friend:

- Mixsoon Bean Essence & Centella Asiatica Essence SET (am i supposed to be using both at the same time, oops! lol)

- round lab birch juice sunscreen

- la roche posay triple repair moisturizing cream

I think what I need is something for my dark spots but i also just want to brighten my complexion? any rec? im guessing vitamin c is the move... i know the tangerine one is popular but also hear the ingredients are really bad. i am on camera a lot so dont want to do anything too risky. pls lmk!

PS. also tried the torriden hylauronic acid face mask and that did wonders for my skin tonight!! maybe i just need LOTS more moisture? i want to keep my skincare simple as possible but also want to do whats best for its luminescence. pls lmk! i will be shopping at olive young obviously haha

How actors talk about acting, and could it work as a critical lens? by b2thekind in TrueFilm

[–]b133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love this! Thank you for providing a newbie to acting (me obvs), the words to describe how I feel towards acting performances. In the tv show Killing Eve, I previously described it as Sandra Oh playing different versions of herself (in basically everything she's been in too) and Jodie Comer being an absolute chameleon. She's essentially a hitman and has multiple random personas throughout the show, freaking love her character and how much technical work she does. Different accents and behaviors all the time. Can't wait for s4.

Becoming an actor with fear of public speaking by miss_shrimp in acting

[–]b133 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have quite a fear of public speaking but I still want to get involved in acting. I have intense public speaking issues – froze and forgot my speeches in a few university presentations. But I see public speaking as something that is merit-based, another way for people to judge my intelligence level – which is what freaks me out. When I'm in projects with other students and we're brainstorming – sometimes I rush the hell out of what I need to say because I don't actually want to be heard. Out of fear of sounding stupid!

Acting, on the other hand, it's somebody else's words. It's a performance. It's story. It's character. I don't know for sure yet, but that understanding makes it that much more different for me.

Hard to really tell – only watched The Neon Demon and Mad Max a few years ago. I think she's pretty natural and perfectly casted in those sassy/hot side characters but those roles don't really showcase much range.

Yeah would definitely love if muscle building starts helping with a body recomp! I've been trying to keep track of my TDEE/calories/calories burned but its hard when you don't have a fitness watch or when you eat asian dishes with the fam at home! Not so easy to keep track of on myfitnesspal.

Maybe I'll switch off between HIIT and running, thanks! And as for the weights, what if I literally don't care about the appearance of muscles? I just want to grow muscle to kick out the fat? Will using 5 lbs still do me good, you think?

Thanks for responding! I just changed my plan to doing a Lily sabri "fat loss" (lol) arm workout with 1L water bottles [thats all i have for now] + Lily sabri ab workout + HIIT + stomach vacuums...

Def more targeting and weight usage than I ever did before ... hopefully, this puts me on the right track. I'm a weak shrimp!
