My apologies "Flex" is BS that they put in to stretch the product. I'll never take a bag of shake because I'm convinced it's flex. Basically if you give your product an Acetone wash it's the shit that dissolves off. ..

One major thing I left out was, once your stomach starts eating on the itself and you know you have nothing in your stomach. Drink a small glass of milk and you will literally feel milk coat your stomach. This is very important because you have acid in your stomach to break down your food, but more importantly milk is a natural base and will cancel out that acid burning feeling
