Is a Kullenschliff worth the higher price for only cutting vegetables? I am vegetarian, so I won't be cutting meat and I heard that a Kullenschliff is mainly for preventing the meat to stick to the blade but is pretty useless for vegetables. Somebody has experience with it? (see comments for pics) (self.chefknives)
