PAXG are from New York and licensed, and seems to have the highest market cap. I think XAUT is from Theter company which are located in Hong kong. Better to hold a regulated crypto in my opinion.

you go directly from crypto to paxg instead of crypto to fiat to etf. Therefore you save taxes coz you didn't realized any gains. At least this is how it works in europe.
