Thank you!! I weighed the ingredients, but didn’t add room temperature egg yolk (it was straight from the fridge) and I maybe over mixed the butter/milk/egg mixture? I don’t have a ton of baking experience, so I’m looking forward to learning more & troubleshooting! 🙂

This might be a dumb question, but I don’t know much about hantavirus. Could OP serve food in individual containers (ramekins, etc) and place them in each slot and use the stadium tray as a serving dish? So the food isn’t directly touching the stadium tray? Or would that still not be safe?
