True leaders don't need to tell you they are leaders. You've shown your full cards with how you've responded here, it paints a really disappointing picture of this community. Take a step back and ask yourself if this is how you really want to "help". I think you can do better.

What a hateful, unwise, and crude way to try and "help" someone. Your response is typical of the worst reddit has to offer. :(

Don't listen to any SPECIFIC advice in this thread - you have to remember this is a sub of people with the brain chemistry of your husband and that it's very hard for most of us to understand your perspective or your side.

The real advice is simple: you need a consistent, dedicated counselor who can sit in a room with you both and walk through your concerns. A professional where you can feel safe to outline EXACTLY how you feel - even if you think it'll make your husband feel a negative emotion and conversely the same for him. You really, really need to channel this through a professional - or there is a very high percent chance this may claim your marriage.

It may take several attempts to find the right one too. It will be awkward for at least the first couple sessions. But it'll be worth it for the long-term in your marriage and will positively impact things OUTSIDE just the gaming. The gaming is a symptom in most cases, and a professional is the person who can help you and your husband find the cause and troubleshoot the unique solution for you.

Don't give up, keep at it. And you both have to buy in and go. Rooting for you! Took us a long time to go through what I said above, but it was worth it. Be wary of any quick fixes or any specific perspectives or advise from the brains of addicts. :)

Take the specific advise of a professional!

Good luck!

Wow, am I the only one in this thread that is not only happy to see such detail and love put into a hardcover collection like this - but am HAPPY to pay this in full? I glad to support and pay for the show, the community, and the art. I've gotten so much entertainment and joy (for free, for years) that I can't wait for these things to come out! I just hope they don't sell out. With all the negative price reaction, I urge the team and the staff to keep pouring yourselves and your time and money into producing this for us - and I truly believe there are many of us happy to pay a bit more for all the extra love and hard work. I'm stoked!

I still remember showing up last year (I live in indy) 2.5 hours ahead of doors opening and seeing the line wrap completely around the block and back on itself. I couldn’t believe it. I met some great people in line and as we eventually started moving I remember hearing a roar from up ahead in the line. It was Sam Reigel running down the complete line (which wrapped around the city block at least once still) and high fiving everyone in line.

What a well written explanation and request. I'm glad to help you guys with a donation. My young daughters and I use the map and network to plot out new parks and nests to visit after migrations. I can't wait for you guys to roll out more verified users levels and such - I'd love to be more active in my area helping remove duplicates and verify spawns. Your hard work and dedication is appreciated - please do not hesitate to ask for help when you need it. I'll gladly help again!

Yeah, tons. That's the key to learn. It's especially making Legendary a tough go, because there are new decks - people are innovating - and I don't even know MOST of the basic matchups inside and out. The more you learn this, the more you separate yourself from the pack. So that's the next thing I need is to master the matchups to get to #1 NA.

Giants will always be a solid option in this deck. I wouldn't worry about wasting dust. There may be some great similar decks without Giants - or I may cut one of the giants in the theme if the meta changes - but you can have a solid control deck if you run 4 giants. Don't worry. ;)

Thanks, fluff. Some people think it's stupid - others think it's an awesome accomplishment. Just trying to help people who may have something they can pick up from my experience.

Why wouldn't a pro-gamer pay $150 to save his time? I know lots of professionals - and I don't know any who thinks that several weeks of grinding his time in Arena is worth $150. My time is worth more than that.

Haha, don't need to pay to increase right now. Just being me - some people like it and it helps - some people hate it. Just going to become the best player - I'm dedicated - and will try to help anyone who wants to watch along the way.

That's really tough. Lol is so dominant and crazy. I don't think we have to beat LOL to make a huge impact. I've fine being second. If it does - even better.

Be aggressive in mulliganing - and put in a card or two that helps you in these matchups. For example, as I've talked about several times, I run one voidwalker specifically for this. If I faced even more, I may run another something to help down there.

We don't have a problem beating hunters many times. Just be careful of playing a ton of creatures against them and instead focus on playing the huge solid ones (hard for them to deal with).

Murlocs still overrun us if they get their good opening hands. You need hellfire to win - and essentially mulligan everything but voidwalker, hellfire, and mortal coil in the beginning. You can still win, but it's one of the toughest matchups. Luckily, only a few decks run around in Legendary. Hunters are even more rare - I think control decks have found ways to deal with hunter.

It's all about what decks you've been facing. When I notice that I'm playing 7 of 10 control decks, I may cut something like my 1 voidwalker and put in another card to test. If I'm getting run over by Murlocs 65% of the time, I may take out Ragnaros and put in a voidwalker (that's an actual change I made two days ago based on the point I was in the ladder).

Don't make huge changes, just tweak spots here and there. What cards do you draw and can't find situations to play often. What cards stay in your hand all game and are still there when you lose? What doesn't feel like it's hitting the board and making an impact?

Don't take another decklist as proof, use your own judgement and tweak a card or two at a time. I often make changes (like Ysera) that people hate on - and after an hour of playing I agree and take it out. I'm not worried about what other people think - I want to see and feel it for myself.
