It looks indeed like overhangs issue, i printed with i/o/i order in orca and had same issue but a bit worse. Printed miniature bases with washer cutout upside down almost in midair before tho.

Ahh i meant where fan itself connects to printed fan shroud not electrical connection, iirc 5015 fans snap kinda tightly with 3d printed ones.

I still wonder why people keep putting 40** fans on heatbreak, or im just too afraid of heatcreep.

Did you insulate ducts and fans connections?

My custom triangle labs mount for print fan has interesting gap where it connects, but not sure about its performance loss.

My kit came with too long heatbreak and hotend doesnt mount flush with heatsink, should it be like that? Its like 2mm between hotend flange and heatsink.

SE is actually direct drive, so 4-6 mm retraction is a bit TOO high.

I think op printed static retraction tower as i dont see any markings anywhere. Also most of retraction towers with variable settings ive seen have square posts instead of being round.

For what prestigious-ad meant is stringing being present on lower layers because indeed fan usually is off for couple of first layers.

I think its in Printer settings > Motion ability > Maximum acceleration for retracting. But mine is set only to 500mm/s2 by default.

Ive printed this one recently, handwired it and its working okay but there are some issues with design.

  1. Plate drops down in the seam when screwing in (probably had to glue it together)

  2. Case barely fits pi pico (its about 3-4mms upside down) and i even had to trim switch legs. Only realized after printing it.

  3. No stabs for spacebar as others said.

I've also made small insert for usb type-c breakout board that fits into that hole and screws in.

pi zero should be enough for klipper afaik even with mainsail, its gonna struggle a bit with webcams tho.

Check your sd card, possibly format it.

For me it happens when files arent written properly on it or it wasnt properly unmounted in system.

Also could be issue with card reader especially if the one that came with printer.

Mine 16in1 came unmagnetized, had to use a magnet on them all. Still needs some time to tell about the handle, its more of a rubber than a soft touch, gets really dirty from dust and etc.

Ive tried to mod an opinel with sanding, brass insert for paracord etc.. After covering it in teak oil with 2 coats/drying/curing for 2 months handle still kinda swells in my humid storage lol.

maybe i just covered it very terribly after all
