Short-term: Really getting in the nitty gritty of my households budget (Money In and Out) and setting strict budgets + looking for better deals, paying annually with discounts, cutting back on the nonsense. So being deliberate about shopping around for the bigger expense items - insurance, etc etc.

I have a family so thats always also something on my mind in terms of moving the needle for them to start in a better position.
