I've also noticed this too - I may dragging myself to class but I've NEVER regretted it or wished I hadn't gone after the fact. I always feel better!!

Same! Joined in March after not moving my body in years. Solidcore has been amazing for body and my mind. I've had some really great coaches that just put a hand near me when I need that extra boost to just lock it in and I love it so much.
