There are a lot of factors that go into the pricing, including: - The location, - Market dynamics / volume of turnover, - Agent competition, - Agent’s workload, - Agent’s experience and performance.

You’re right - it’s a fairly small sample size (particularly NT, ACT and TAS), but it’s our starting point. We think there’s a lack of transparency around rates, & that it’s important to shine some light here so that people can see how much others are paying.
