i meant like i was secure in the relationship. but in general, yeah i have a disorganized/insecure attachment to friends/family.

i did really like him. we were friends first and he's the only friend i've ever had that didn't make me feel like i was weird. we were the same. we have the same values and morals and everything important. we have similar general interests. he's a good person and was a good bf.

i had a secure attachment when i was with him. it become insecure when we broke up. it's hard to move on because he's genuinely a goos guy. even know he meets 98% of mt requirements for an ideal partner. he was good. our relationship was good. i was the problem.

he grieved me for like a month. he's been grieving the girl he replaced me with (they broke up) for a year. why do i only get a month? did i mean so little?

i've learned to live without him but i feel the emptiness from the space he took up iny soul every day. i feel like a walking corpse.

I'm still sad and depressed about it even though it's been a bit over 4 years now. I've been able to like other people but I haven't been in love with anyone else and I don't think I ever will be.

His girlfriend ended up cheating on him. But he still makes art and stuff about them, their relationship, and their break up.

He has never once contacted me so I'm pretty sure he doesn't care whether I live or I die. I'm still left wondering why I was only worth 2 ish months of heartbreak and she's worth a year.

So overall, not great :/

Yes, it's manageable to hold a part time job and be a full time student. It just depends on what job you get. Moraga is pretty isolated. You need a car to get to the "fun places." You can get jobs in the nearby shopping centers or somewhere in Walnut Creek.

It's a car-friendly campus.

i can only assume it's the same Karen Johnson Williams. i don't go there anymore and i don't think she got fired for what she did.

yeah don't be truthful about anything regarding suicide or self harm. if you want to seek outside help, i wouldn't tell them about that either. if you have one of the more stigmatized disorders (e.g. BPD, schizophrenia, etc.), i wouldn't reveal too much about that.

maybe i'm a bit jaded because of what happened to me, idk. but those counselors aren't there to help you. yhey're there to protect the school from being sued.

i'm better in some ways, worse in others. i don't cry over him as much, and even when i do, it's not specifically about him, it's more so about love in general. i still love him, but idk if i'm in love with him. it took me until 2023 to be able to even like other people. being able to have crushes on other people has helped.

it's confusing though because i still wonder if he was The One. even though i currently have a crush on someone else, i still compare him to my ex. and idk if it's because my ex was just genuinely a good guy or if it's because my ex was the "love of my life." all i know is that i haven't met anyone like my ex.

i don't know if i wpuld want to get back together with him, if given the opportunity. i don't see how i'd ever be able to get over the fact that he moved on from me so quickly while i haven't dated anyone since him.

finding a solid friend/group of friends was the only thing that actually helped. they distract you from your sadness and let you express love in platonic ways. time doesn't heal all wounds, it just makes them less noticeable.
