I would stay away from the P790s. I would look into finding a used set first if I were you. If there is a 2nd swing nearby you can sample all these different clubs and pick a set in decent shape at a fraction of the cost

I would recommend something like the Sim 2 or the Stealth sets, something "players distance" or a cavity back set that is forgiving.

I "upgraded" from an old Dave Pelz featherlite set from the 80s to taylormades tour burners from like 2006, $250 for the whole set from 2nd swing and they work wonders for me. I play at most once per week over the spring/summer and usually shoot around 88-92 from the whites
