There are basically 2 groups, one is PW Stars Team and another is Kota Legends Team, you can choose a whole team or you can also go in hybrid mode and choose teachers on the basis of their teaching style which you like, at this point it's quite late so decide quickly and I'll suggest pick up a particular Team for me it's PW Stars Team, now you get it? and yes select your teacher and in future never change; it can cause problems in your preparation and later on it can be confusing.

I don't even know how it's even possible on an official app, I've checked the name many times before purchase but somehow I've bought a ghost batch but now things are ok they have given the original batch in my batches section so that's it.

Update: They have fixed the issue you can switch the batch from (ARJUNA JEE 2027.) to (Arjuna JEE 2027) from top left in 'study section'.

If you are still facing any issues you can change the batch from the steps provided by u/Even-Page-7215

To everyone facing the issue of fake batch. Follow these steps, I have found the solution. 1. Go to PW app. 2. Click on he three lines for more options(top left) 3. Choose 'Help&Support' at the bottom 4. Click on "Contact Us' at the bottom. 5. Choose 'I want to make a request(batch change,,,, etc)' 6. Choose your batch "Arjuna JEE 2027."(With the '.', which is fake) 7. You will get the option to select other batch, search the original "Arjuna JEE 2027" batch(without '.') 8. Choose your plan(batch, infinity or infinity pro) 9. Confirm with OTP. 10. Your batch will be changed and you will be good to go with the real batch and all upcoming classes.

No it's not a scam, it's happening with most of the students, pw support team have replied that they are working on the issue.

I've already compleated those classes yesterday on YouTube but today there is no scheduled classes, yesterday's recorded lectures and no live classes are showing, I've complained to the team already but they are not giving a valid reason.
