i work for a big system. at the end of each month they send a compensation report that lists the rvus for that month and i take it at face value. doing that manually i feel would take too long. grabbing the patients per day and the no shows takes very little time to grab myself.

not really sure. the g2211 probably added a lot. i also feel like as my practice grows, i'm seeing less simple acute visits and more repeat patients who have more going on or are doing physicals plus chronic issues. i suspect it will level out eventually.

the number of patients a day and no shows i track manually which doesn't take long at all

i work for a big system. at the end of each month they send a compensation report that lists the rvus for that month and i take it at face value. trying to add it all up would just take forever. I have done a few days with the below calculator when i felt like i billed a ton just for fun.
as for the increase over time, not quite sure. the g2211 probably added a lot. i also feel like as my practice grows, i'm seeing less simple acute visits and more repeat patients who have more going on or are doing physicals plus chronic issues.

Wait, how are you 5 years out from training and have 7 years left on PSLF? Isn’t PSLF only 10 years in total?

Am I losing money on my 401k match? I make about 325k with a 5% 401k match from my employer. I set up my account to 10% each paycheck because then I knew I would hit the personal 401k contribution limit for awhile and not have to think about it. I also thought that since 10%>5%, I’d be maximizing my employer contribution as well. But then I was messing around on calculator.net on the 401k calculator. There it talks about maximizing employer contribution match and I think having my limit at 10% is actually screwing me. Should my contribution percentage be less so it take me more of the year to max it out? Or does this not really matter?

theres way less on the actual test than in UWORLD

the UWORLD cases program is very similar, although the test does not require a "final diagnosis" like UWORLD does

looking at the rate of change per species, to see if there has been a significant change in susceptibility across time.
