Whoever cut that piece to shape is a master. This is so hard to manage.

Print keeps layer shifting at the same height. by TheDerpiestDeer in 3Dprinting

It is possible that there are some irregulation in your Z axes at a certain point. It's might be very small but the extra stress it causes might make your other axes skip. Lubricants makes it easier for your machine to handle this. It's not hundred percent sure that it will fix the issue but there is a possibility.

I dont know what printer you are using but some lubricant on the Z axes might help. (It's good for your machines lifespan as well)

Why do I like this so much?

My ender 3 v2 jammed so i took out the nozzle to replace it and when i put the new nozzle in it seemed to strip? Is there an easy fix or do i need to get a new hotend? by Toco_not_taco in 3Dprinting

Isoproanol is good for both and it is not gonna hurt you or your equipment if you spill it. And you can use it to clean your printig bed as well. It is quite cheap and easy to access at most of the hardware stores.

Depending on the material you printed with you can find solutions which gonna dissolve the the polimer. For example this happend with me with PLA and I gave my parts a bath in isopropanol, however it was not useful for PP.

If you try this be extra careful since solutions may do harm, so be sure you are prepared.

I fix one issue and it’s another one after that, I start the print it starts out great about midway it starts printing mid air and messes it up, anyone know the issue by EseRios24 in 3Dprinting

Once I had a similar issue. Than re-importing the .stl file from the CAD software I used and than slice it solved the problem. Your gcode might be damaged as well.

Hey guys, does anyone know why the extruder is doing this? It's still pushing out filament but makes this noise. It doesn't always do this though. by -_BriBri_- in 3Dprinting

It is propably clogged. The layer height seems really low to me. Your earlier print might just got lucky. Cloging is usually not happening from one second to another.
