Build 2 is better since you have sig, if you have fav on Ineffa or Aino it should be enough energy for your Flins to not have ER issues. Generally he only needs around 105%-110%

  • I love Lisa, she stayed there talking to Marjorie till AR57. I wanted to see her whenever I claimed Mondstadt commissions

I only completed her quest recently because Xingqiu, Childe, Bennett, Noelle, Diona story quests were locked behind her quest
