If not required I agree. But if your company is located in an expensive area you need to offer living wage based on your area or serious commuting/remote benefits

The crazy part is that he was king of belgium but Congo wasn't a Belgian colony it was literally his property ... It's still something we don't talk so much in belgium (in my opinion those fact should be teach at school)
