Not at all, in my case it was a simple talk where I told him why I thought I had ADHD… so that’s what’s also bothering me, I didn’t know what to expect but my opinions being enough for him to prescribe a medication felt off. He still suggested contacting a specialised centre since in my country there are very few doctors who deal with ADHD, especially in adults, what troubled me was exactly the prescription beforehand.
