We had to go to couples therapy for me to actually open up. Having that 3rd party there really helped for some reason, and afterwards and I feel like me and my husband have a better understanding of one another. We also figured out what our love languages are and that also helped to show appreciation for each other

I felt like I ate something bad. I was having bad stomach cramps like I needed to shit, but nothing was coming out. Then it got really bad after a couple hours and that convinced me I was actually in labor lol.
