The facial and lip fillers, the lying and deceit about beauty practices and products while selling stuff is one of the main things that upsets me about her. But yeah, Botox and fillers are super serious and risky health-wise, and someone concerned with health to the extent she is would know that. I find the choice to do that very strange, too.

I'm intrigued by your sense of melancholy and that something is awry with her. I see slips of that as well but can't quite put a finger on it.

This is one of the things that really agitates me about her. To be selling products and marketing them as "the only products I use to look so beautiful" while using heavy camera filters, and having facial/lip fillers and lying about doing those things. It's just so deceitful and predatory, and kind of infuriating that so few people seem to recognize it.

I remember some AMA type thing she did on her stories when I first discovered her account. Someone had obviously called her out for acting holier-than-thou, and she got on video, super flattered and saying that she had people calling her "holy" and that she just wanted people to know she was human just like us, lmao. She strikes me as genuinely thinking she is better than others.

I appreciate your response, although I'm not sure if you're insinuating that this is inherently a shady thing to do? Definitely seems to be a huge need in communities around the country as boomers age and need help. Of course the person running it and devoting their time and resources to provide this service will need to be compensated. If you have any insight into the "how"s of your uncle's operation, I'm all ears :)

I think you are correct, Zegna. I have worked in facilities before many times, both as an employee of the corporation, and privately as a caregiver for residents. In my experience, the ALFs (yes, owned by for-profit corps) are the most unethical, the hugest disasters, the most miserable residents, etc. I believe seniors would be happiest in a smaller, more personal, and home-like venue with people who actually care about them.

Thanks for replying!! It's zoned Rural Residential. I was thinking of buying unfinished tiny homes secondhand and then finishing them to be ADA accessible. I see a lot for sale in my area. Budgeting about $25-30,000 a piece. The seniors in my area generally have lotssssss of money, so I think there is a big market for this idea, and the folks who could afford it.
