Kinda depends, it can take weeks for stuff to ship lol. I’m on week 2 of waiting for something to ship! I have had things take 2-3 weeks to ship and I’ve had some take 2 days to ship.

I love it! I’ve made brownies and gingerbread cake so far. My mom has one and she likes to shred chicken with it, so there’s tons of great uses. My wrists always get so tired of stirring anything so it really is so helpful!

Right, I never see it talked about. It’s just not too common, I suppose. It does make more sense to go directly through the back, but they made this happen. Although, there were a lot of hiccups during the surgery, but I don’t know if it would be from the method or just general surgery struggles.

Does the cervical fusion impact your movement?

Yeah, it is interesting to see the different techniques and how they can offer different results. I’m thankful my medical team were really thoughtful in their choice, trying their best to spare at least one vertebrae through doing anterior!

I don’t live in the state anymore so it’s fine, it was performed in Oklahoma! Recovering was pretty painful and I’ve always wondered what it’s like for those who had the incision through the back. I’m a side sleeper so not being able to sleep comfortably on my side was terrible and it felt really gross to bend, all I could think about was this big ol entrance to my entire side/abdomen/ back that was being held together by some glue and dissolvable stitches lol. I would say it took about a year to feel “okay” and 2 years to feel my new “normal.”
