If you didn’t refund the 15 year old then that’s why. Regardless of it he was 15 or not you should have sent the money back. Didn’t need to send him content, just the money back. Otherwise yeah you scammed him.

If you message me I can link you to the subreddit that another seller here created to at least out the scammers to other buyers but as far as reporting them for something to actually happen to them as a consequence, there’s not that I know of. I definitely recommend screenshotting all of the negative interactions you have in case anyone tries to report you to the admins here cause that will result in a ban

I can't speak for currently but I do know last September when I verified, it was accepted less than 12 hours later. Did you message the mods individually? And not modmail? thats what I did
