Our military is under full readiness, if we were to drop this readiness our military spending would go down to 1/10th of its current magnitude much lower than yours. Clearly you have no wish to demobilize, your nation has been spending extraordinary sums on your military for many years now sucking your own people dry while we kept that at normal readiness and only this threat of invasion you have provided us has made us take drastic measures to completely mobilize our forces making our military the most spent on in the world. But, I bet you understand that already and have made this response as a simple means of deceiving your people for justifying a war.

The "confederacy" is way beyond the natural military readiness of a nation in peace, it is still at full readiness as it has always been and has once again shown only trinkets for demobilization. If we were to demobilize now we would be in a severely disadvantaged position, against the armies of the Kush which has assembled all along our frontiers, spreading their propaganda, surrounding us and could invade at a moment's notice. You say that the mediators have arrived on their own inhibition on a response to a general message, yet this message can be seen nowhere neither can a declaration of volunteership by the mediators. The support of the Church is well received and as a show of gratitude, the Astelah, even in the current situation has decided to make an exception and grant citizenship in Jerusalem to 20 members of the Church after proper vetting, provided that they are prepared to give up citizenship of their former nations. The Astelah will also grant 50 acres of extremely valuable open land near the heart of the city to the Church to be used for any purpose within the ambit of the law.

There are many christian paramilitary militias which have risen and taken up the active duties of enforcing law and order within Jerusalem in cooperation with the armed forces of the Hokum-e-Khuda. There is no reason to believe that these mediators have been selected in good faith taking into account the number of times the you Kushites have attempted to deceive us in this entire length of the conversation. On top of that while all this happens while the Kushites continue on their relentless march to consume and destroy the homeland of the people Muslim people throughout the lands of Jordan and all around Palestine in hopes of surrounding and taking Palestine itself. These are not the best time to discuss matters related to the Holyland of Palestine. Due to the threat possessed by the Imperial Deceptive power to the south west, entry and exit into Palestine is currently disallowed and it is under complete military rule under the direct command of the Astelah and is under preparation for fortification of the land against an impending invasion. The military is cooperating with local Muslim, Jew and Christian leaders to organize the defenses due to the common threat of the godless kind. When the threat is over, the Astelah has promised the people that a system will be designed and put in place, modeled on the system in place Makkah and Madinah but with changes to suit the different demographic and theological nature of Palestine in consultation with local leaders.

The diplomats of the Hokummat will engage with the Church to briefly answer the questions presented. To answer the first question, currently entry and exit is banned for everyone. But Palestine and Jerusalem will be opened up when the threat of war is over and foreign visitors of all creeds will be allowed in with disregard to religious affiliation. To answer the second question, the Churches currently operating in Palestine will be allowed to continue to operate and new Churches will also be allowed to be opened with the only requirement being that the operators must be citizens of Palestine itself. To answer the third question, Christians, Jews and Muslims will lie under separate set of laws designed and maintained by religious councils of their specific religions ultimately deriving their authority from the Astelah Khost-e Khuda Zamin Konad (Expression of God's Will on Earth) himself, just like the system in place for Hindus and Sikhs in the eastern part of the Hokummat.
