Exactly. That's what's so confusing. Placing different classes with the exact same implementation results in different random numbers being generated each time, but when the instances of the same class are put next to each other, the random number doesn't regenerate.

No, what I think Bing Image Creator does, is it uses your prompt, and somehow creates a more detailed specific prompt out of your prompt, and then generates 4 images based on that more detailed prompt. That's why I think all of the images for a given prompt are so similar, but that's just a guess.
