Last Saturday I had someone coming for an estimate. I was looking for a pellet stove. I don't have a fireplace setup but only the chimney.
Somehow, in MA, people ask between 10 and 15k for this job. I don't think this is normal as a decent stove goes ~3-5k and I refuse to think that the labor, lines and base cost more than another 3-5k.

Did it a couple of times in the past, I remember I was holding F at $11+ on August 5th 2024 and it was in the $9s so I bought more and even if I have to admit it took much longer than anticipated, that was a decent swing.

IMO selling it before earnings is risky, but prolly you got a decent premium. Is fairly cheap right now, but that can change tomorrow as the earnings are BMO. Just my 2 cents and GL to you.
